The rock band Foreigner proved that they are no strangers to New Jersey at a recent gig in Morristown's historic Community Theatre. This show was Foreigner's fifth New Jersey performance during their awesome 2005 tour.

On a warm rainy night, Foreigner was red-hot as they powered their way through two sets of their classic material. The two-set format was unexpected, and the song selection differed from a previous performance that I attended. The band played a lot tighter and seemed more comfortable on stage, despite the hot and steamy conditions inside the venue.

Check out these cool photos from the Morristown gig taken by my website designer, Phil Laskowski. If you still need more Foreigner, please read Feels Like The First Time – 28 Years Wiser, a story I wrote about the band's performance this past June in Red Bank's Count Basie Theatre.
